Vaulting is best described as gymnastics on horseback. Do not be afraid to give it a go though as there are basic moves that anyone can try and over time you can improve your strength and flexibility.
Klara will help you to try different positions and moves on the horse depending on your experience and skill level.
Vaulting is also a great idea as a group activity as no riding experience is required.
